ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับสมรรถนะในการป้องกันควบคุมโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 ของบุคลากรสาธารณสุข ในจังหวัดสิงห์บุรี เขตสุขภาพที่ 4

บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นแบบภาคตัดขวาง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับของสมรรถนะ และศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับสมรรถนะในการป้องกันควบคุมโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ บุคลากรสาธารณสุขที่ปฏิบัติงานโรคโควิด - 19 จำนวน 311 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้วิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามที่สร้างขึ้นมา และดัดแปลงจากแบบสอบถามที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเรื่องที่ศึกษา มี 4 ส่วน คือ1) ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล 2) การรับรู้ความสามารถของตนเอง 3) แรงจูงใจปฏิบัติงาน 4) สมรรถนะในการป้องกันควบคุมโรคโควิด - 19 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทั่วไป ใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อสมรรถนะฯ ใช้สถิติการถดถอยโลจิสติก ผลการศึกษาพบว่า บุคลากรสาธารณสุขที่ปฏิบัติงานโรคโควิด – 19 ส่วนใหญ่มีระดับสมรรถนะสูง ร้อยละ 54.02 ในส่วนของปัจจัยความสัมพันธ์กับสมรรถนะฯ พบว่า การศึกษา (p-value = 0.017, OR = 3.39) ความคาดหวังในความสามารถตนเอง (p-value = 0.022, OR = 8.32) การได้ยอมรับนับถือทั้งในหน่วยงาน และนอกหน่วยงาน (p-value = 0.002, OR = 4.90) ความรับผิดชอบหน้าที่ในงาน (p-value = 0.002, OR = 6.10) ลักษณะงานที่ปฏิบัติ (p-value = 0.009, OR = 7.86) นโยบายและการบริหารงานในหน่วยงาน (p-value = < 0.001, OR = 4.22) การมีชีวิต และความเป็นอยู่ส่วนตัว (p-value = 0.003, OR = 4.86) มีความสัมพันธ์กับสมรรถนะฯ ดังนั้นสามารถนำปัจจัยที่แสดงให้เห็นถึงปัญหา และปัจจัยที่ส่งผลให้บุคลากรสาธารณสุขให้สามารถป้องกันควบคุมโรคได้ นำไปพัฒนากำลังคนให้สามารถป้องกันโรคให้เกิดความสำเร็จ และยั่งยืนต่อไป
