Abstract

A research study on “Development of the COVID-19 vaccine service in the 608 population Chonsomboon Health Promoting Hospital Nongmuang District Lopburi Province” is a research and development (Research & Development) with the objectives of 1) to study the situation and the implementation of the COVID-19 vaccine service. in the group of people 608 2) to develop the implementation of the COVID-19 vaccine service 3) to study the effectiveness of the development of the COVID-19 vaccine service implementation among the 608 population, a sample group used in The research is a group of 531 people, 608, who conducted the study between 30 June 2021-31 March 2022, studying data from the COVID-19 vaccination follow-up from the COVID-19 vaccination tracking register and reports. Lopburi ready Statistics used to analyze descriptive data were number and percentage. The results showed that the percentage of COVID-19 vaccination among the 608 group increased from 35.97% to 84.42%. COVID-19 that is suitable for the area are: risk analysis and the problem of vaccination campaigns Community-Based Problem Solving Plan 2. The structure of the model is a participatory work of the 608 group of people and community organizations in problem analysis. together to find a solution Organizations in the community participate in the mission of   the organizations involved. and proceed according to the guidelines of the Ministry of Public Health                3. The method of implementing the model By working as a participant is an approach that can be applied in other operations. To monitor the health of the people as well. A recommendation is to provide a COVID-19 vaccine service. In people group 608, understanding must be created. Follow up and analyze the results continuously. Therefore, it will be able to achieve the goal of vaccination against COVID-19. In people group 608 at 80.00 percent, when more people are interested in and vaccination against COVID-19, it will reduce the number of severe cases and deaths from COVID-19 and should lead to the development of a model Providing a vaccine against COVID-19 In people group 608 to expand the results and apply in other areas.
