บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินประสิทธิผลของโปรแกรมการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบมีส่วนร่วมสำหรับผู้สูงอายุที่เป็นโรคไม่ติดต่อเรื้อรัง โดยเปรียบเทียบความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพและพฤติกรรมสุขภาพ ระหว่างก่อนทดลอง หลังทดลอง และระยะติดตามผล กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้ที่มีอายุ 60-69 ปี เป็นโรคความดันโลหิตสูงและโรคเบาหวาน จำนวน 14 คน ได้รับโปรแกรมการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบมีส่วนร่วมฯ 15 ชั่วโมง ประเมินความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพและพฤติกรรมสุขภาพ ด้วยเครื่องมือที่ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงของเนื้อหาโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 5 ท่าน ได้ค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้อง 0.67-1.00 ทั้งสองฉบับ และนำไปทดสอบความเชื่อมั่น โดยใช้สัมประสิทธิ์อัลฟาของครอนบาค ได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.95  และ 0.73 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน วิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนของตัวแปรพหุนามแบบวัดซ้ำ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า คะแนนเฉลี่ยความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพและพฤติกรรมสุขภาพ ก่อนเข้าโปรแกรม หลังเข้าโปรแกรม และระยะติดตามผลแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 และมีแนวโน้มดีขึ้น โปรแกรมการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบมีส่วนร่วมฯ นี้สามารถนำไปใช้เป็นแนวทางในการจัดทำโปรแกรมเพื่อส่งเสริมสุขภาพ หรือประยุกต์ใช้ในกลุ่มโรคเรื้อรังอื่น เพื่อส่งเสริมให้ประชาชนทุกกลุ่มโรคมีสุขภาพที่ดี
