ทัศนคติและความรู้ของนิสิตนักศึกษาเภสัชศาสตร์ชั้นปีที่ 6 ในการติดตามค่าความดันโลหิตในร้านยา

การเชิงสำรวจแบบภาคตัดขวางนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินทัศนคติและความรู้ในการติดตามค่าความดันโลหิตในร้านยาของนิสิตนักศึกษาเภสัชศาสตร์ชั้นปีที่ 6 ด้วยแบบสอบถามชนิดตอบด้วยตนเองผ่านระบบออนไลน์ ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามมีจำนวน 147 คน (ร้อยละ 49.8 ของขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่กำหนดไว้) โดยร้อยละ 84.3 และ 15.6 ศึกษาในมหาวิทยาลัยในกำกับของรัฐ และเอกชน ตามลำดับ นิสิตนักศึกษาที่ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่มีความคิดเห็นเชิงบวกต่อการติดตามค่าความดันโลหิตในร้านยา แต่คะแนนเฉลี่ยของความรู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการติดตามค่าความดันโลหิตของนิสิตนักศึกษาเท่ากับ 12.32±3.1คะแนน จากคะแนนเต็ม 23 คะแนน ข้อคำถามที่ตอบผิดมากที่สุด ได้แก่ การเลือกใช้เครื่องวัดความดันโลหิตให้เหมาะสมกับผู้ป่วย การแปลผลค่าความดันโลหิตที่วัดได้ การดูแลรักษาเครื่องวัดความดันโลหิตและวิธีการวัดความดันโลหิตที่ถูกต้อง ผลการวิจัยนี้สรุปได้ว่านิสิตนักศึกษาเภสัชศาสตร์ชั้นปีที่ 6 มีทัศนคติเชิงบวกต่อการให้บริการติดตามความดันโลหิตในร้านยาแต่ควรได้รับการส่งเสริมความรู้เกี่ยวกับการติดตามค่าความดันโลหิตเพิ่มเติมเพื่อให้สามารถบริการแก่ผู้ป่วยได้อย่างเหมาะสมและเกิดประโยชน์สูงสุด
