ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพและพฤติกรรมป้องกันโรคโควิด-19 ของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยแห่งหนึ่งในภาคใต้

การวิจัยเชิงสำรวจภาคตัดขวางนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินระดับความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพและพฤติกรรมป้องกันโรคโควิด-19 และวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพเพื่อป้องกัน
โรคโควิด-19 โดยให้นักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 1–4 จำนวน 440 คน ตอบแบบสอบถามออนไลน์ ซึ่งมีความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา 0.86 และสัมประสิทธิ์อัลฟ่าครอนบาคของความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพและพฤติกรรมป้องกันโรคเท่ากับ 0.97 และ 0.93 ตามลำดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและสถิติไคว์สแควร์ ผลวิจัยพบว่า นักศึกษาส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิงร้อยละ 73.9 อายุระหว่าง 18-24 ปี และค่าเฉลี่ยของเกรดเฉลี่ยสะสม 3.13 โดยมีระดับความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพเพียงพอร้อยละ 84.6 และมีระดับพฤติกรรมป้องกันโรคโควิด-19 อยู่ในระดับสูง ร้อยละ 63.9 ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพในภาพรวมมีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมป้องกันโรคโควิด-19 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ p<0.05 และผลการวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์รายองค์ประกอบพบว่า การเข้าถึงข้อมูลสุขภาพและบริการสุขภาพ การสื่อสารข้อมูลสุขภาพ การจัดการตนเองและการรู้เท่าทันสื่อมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคโควิด-19 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ p<0.05 ดังนั้น ผู้บริหารทางการศึกษาจึงควรให้ความสำคัญกับการจัดกิจกรรมเสริมทักษะการเข้าถึงข้อมูลและบริการสุขภาพ ทักษะการสื่อสารข้อมูลสุขภาพ ทักษะการจัดการตนเอง และทักษะการรู้เท่าทันสื่อและสารสนเทศเพื่อป้องกันโควิด-19
