Suicide and Five Factors Model
Keywords:
suicide, Five factors modelAbstract
Suicidal ideal can lead to commit suicide, the five factors model can be used to explain how this ideal comes. Five factors included two ways of perception to the problems and three ways of problem solving. Two ways to perceive problem are positive and negative orientation and three ways of problem solving included avoidance, impulsive/careless and rational problem solving. The people who perceived problem in negative way and choose the avoidance or impulsive/careless way for solving problem trend to suicide. How to solve this problem is to help the people changing problem perception from negative way to positive way and choose rational problem solving. Instead of killing themselves, it’s a better way to kill their self.
