Results of Development the Participatory of Quality Service by Using the Quality Criteria of the Primary Care Award in Nongno Subdistrict Health Promoting Hospital, Amphoe Mueang, MahaSarakham Province.

Abstract

The purpose of this research and development was to results of development the participatory of quality service by using the quality criteria of the Primary Care Award in Nongno Subdistrict Health Promoting Hospital, Amphoe Mueang, MahaSarakham Province. The 33 participants who involved in the development process were selected from the Nongno Subdistrict Health Promoting Hospital. The participatory action research activities were performed during June to August 2015. Qualitative and quantitative data were collected by using created questionnaires. Quantitative data was analyzed by using descriptive statistics. Qualitative data was analyzed by using content analysis. The research found that the process of improving the quality of service using the learning activities involved. 1) 12-step activities. 2)the finding revealed that people who participated in this study had significantly more knowledge satisfaction and participation level than before the study. 3) the units meet evaluation standards. and 4) the quality service development using the standard criteria in Nongno Subdistrict Health Promoting Hospital. Findings model was called the NN-PCA model which comprised as Networking (N) Non- Stop D – Day (N) Positive thinking (P) Community empowerment (C) and Appreciate (A). The successful factors for the development process were combined AIP as A-actors is to have leaders at all levels who devoted the importance and support in the process. I-Information is the data collection and restoring data to the community and P-process is the well organized processes of improving the quality.
