Oral health problems is one of the major problems of the Ministry of Public Health, which can be found at all ages. Nowadays, oral health care is very advanced and modern. However, it was found that there was an infection due to dental problems. The outbreak resulted in infection throughout the oral cavity. Oral and facial infections (maxillofacial disease)  is another common health problem. Specifically, bacteria found are the cause of infections in the fascia. The submasseteric space is the fascia between the masseter muscle and the lateral border of the lower jaw at the end of the molars.   The infection is usually caused by inflammation of the gum cap of the third lower molar, pericoronitis, or a continuous infection from the adjacent fascia. Taking care of the oral health of the elderly is important because oral health problems in the elderly can affect their lifestyle and reduce confidence. The teeth of the remaining elderly  people have changed from long-term use or have pre-existing diseases in old age. There is a loss of teeth. This makes it more difficult to maintain cleanliness than regular teeth. It is easy to get into trouble and get infected.

This article presents a report on the treatment of elderly patients with submuscular fascia infection. There was mild swelling and pain in the right cheek, and it was treated with  incision and draining pus also tooth that the cause of infectious was removed. The result of treatment is not complicated. Pus was drained completely .
