Stroke is a common neurological disorder caused by either a ruptured or blocked blood vessel in the brain, leading to death or disability that significantly impacts the lives of patients and their families. There is a growing trend in stroke cases, making it a public health concern in Thailand. Therefore, the focus is on improving patient care outcomes, reducing dependency, and centering care around the patient. This approach emphasizes the involvement of family and community to ensure patients have access to services and continuous care.
