Abstract

A 21-year-old Thai male presented with central blurred vision on his both eyes for 3 months prior to the hospital . He had underlying disease schizophrenia and abuse drug used. He always look at sunshine due to his psychotic disorder. He was diagnosed solar retinopathy both eyes by clinical, fundus examination, fundus photography and optical coherent tomography. Patient loss follow up at hospital then community medicine with team went to his house for check his clinical. His visual acuity was improved. Then he was treated abuse drug use program by clinician until better
