Abstract

In modern dentistry, all ceramic materials are almost always treatment of choice when it comes to restoration of anterior teeth because of their translucency and colour that mimic natural teeth esthetic. Correct diagnosis combine with proper treatment planning will result in both functionally and esthetically successful outcomes. This article addressed the procedures of anterior teeth restoration with lithium disilicate ceramic veneers, crowns and three-unit bridges. The details included the smile analysis and design to harmonize the restoration with gum, teeth, and other facial components. Other important procedures effecting functional outcome such as occlusal relationship transferring in centric and eccentric movement by recording facebow, bite registration, and customized anterior guide table are also included. The patient was able to properly chew food after the treatment. She also felt more confident and satisfied with her new smile.
