รายงานผู้ป่วยชายไทยที่มีภาวะจอตาเสื่อมจากแสงอาทิตย์

ผู้ป่วยชายอายุ 21 ปี มาพบแพทย์ด้วยอาการมองภาพไม่ชัดบริเวณกลางภาพของตาสองข้างสามเดือนก่อนมา โรงพยาบาล จากประวัติพบว่าผู้ป่วยชอบมองแสงพระอาทิตย์เป็นประจำ และมีประวัติโรคประจำตัวของผู้ป่วยจากโรง พยาบาลชุมชนว่ามีภาวะจิตเภท(Schizophrenia) มีประวัติใช้สารเสพติด ได้ทำการบำบัดและรับยาที่โรงพยาบาลชุมชน แต่ไม่สม่ำเสมอ ผู้ป่วยถูกวินิจฉัยเป็น Solar Retinopathy both eyes ได้ทำการนัดติดตามการรักษาเป็นเวลาสอง สัปดาห์ ผู้ป่วยไม่ได้มาตามนัด แต่ได้มีการโทรสอบถามอาการและออกเยี่ยมบ้าน พบว่าผู้ป่วยมีการมองเห็นที่ดีขึ้นของ ตาทั้งสองข้าง
