การรักษาคลองรากฟันของฟันตัดบนซี่ข้าง ที่มีภาวะฟันในฟันประเภทที่ 2 : กรณีศึกษา

กรณีศึกษาของผู้ป่วยรายนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อรายงานการรักษาคลองรากฟันของฟันตัดบนซี่ข้าง ที่มีภาวะฟัน ในฟันประเภทที่ 2 โดยไม่ใช้วิธีศัลยกรรมร่วม ขั้นตอนการรักษามีดังนี้ ทำการประเมินลักษณะทางคลินิกและภาพรังสี เพื่อประเมินรูปร่างของคลองรากฟันที่มีภาวะฟันในฟัน จากนั้นเปิดเข้าสู่คลองรากฟันด้วยหัวอัลตราโซนิกส์ ขยายคลอง รากฟัน ทำความสะอาดคลองรากฟันด้วยน้ำยาที่มีฤทธิ์กำจัดเชื้อจุลชีพ ร่วมกับเทคนิคพาสสีฟอัลตราโซนิกส์ เพื่อช่วย เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการทำความสะอาดคลองรากฟัน และใส่ยาแคลเซียมไฮดรอกไซด์ เมื่อผู้ป่วยไม่มีอาการทางคลินิก จึงพิจารณาอุดคลองรากฟันด้วยวิธีแลทเทอรัล คอมแพคชัน ร่วมกับวอร์มเวอร์ทิคอล คอมแพคชัน วิธีการนี้ช่วยให้ อุดคลองรากฟันได้แนบสนิทโดยเฉพาะในคลองรากฟันที่มีรูปร่างไม่สม่ำเสมอ และบูรณะตัวฟันด้วยวัสดุเรซินคอมโพสิต เพื่อป้องกันการรั่วซึม ผลการรักษาเมื่อติดตามผลการรักษาระยะเวลา 6 เดือน พบรอยโรครอบปลายรากมีขนาดเล็กลง แสดงว่าประสบ ผลสำเร็จในการรักษาผู้ป่วยรายนี้ การรักษาคลองรากฟันที่มีภาวะฟันในฟันมีแนวทางการรักษาที่หลากหลายแตกต่างกันไปขึ้นอยู่กับลักษณะภายใน คลองรากฟัน จำเป็นต้องทำการรักษาอย่างระมัดระวังและใช้เครื่องมือและเทคนิคในการรักษาที่เหมาะสมกับภาวะฟัน ในฟันแต่ละซี่ เพื่อให้การรักษาฟันที่มีภาวะฟันในฟันประสบผลสำเร็จ
