摘要

Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) เป็นเครื่องมือตรวจวินิจฉัยโรคจอประสาทตาที่เริ่มนำมาใช้แพร่หลายมากขึ้น เครื่อง OCT สามารถแสดงภาพตัดขวางเสมือนการตัดชิ้นเนื้อในชั้นเรตินาและคอรอยด์ และให้ความละเอียดของภาพสูงถึง 1-15 ไมครอน ในทางจักษุวิทยายังสามารถนำมาใช้ในการตรวจต้อหินและส่วนด้านหน้าของลูกตา
