การประเมินความรู้นักศึกษาแพทย์ชั้นปีที่ 6 ด้านจักษุวิทยาตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐานผู้ประกอบวิชาชีพเวชกรรมของแพทยสภาเทียบระดับผลการเรียนรายวิชาจักษุวิทยา พค.451

Abstract

วัตถุประสงค์ : เพื่อประเมินความรู้ด้านจักษุวิทยาของนักศึกษาแพทย์ชั้นปีที่ 6 ตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐานผู้ประกอบวิชาชีพของแพทยสภาเปรียบเทียบกับระดับผลการเรียนที่เคยได้รับเมื่อผ่านการเรียนการสอนในรายวิชาจักษุวิทยาในชั้นปีที่ 5

รูปแบบการวิจัย : การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา (Descriptive study)

การดำเนินการวิจัย :  จัดทำข้อสอบตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐานของแพทยสภา จำนวน 40 ข้อ โดยผ่านการกลั่นกรองจากคณะกรรมการภาควิชาจักษุวิทยา คณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์แล้วให้นักศึกษาแพทย์ชั้นปีที่ 6 ทำการทดสอบ นำคะแนนที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์และประเมินผลเปรียบเทียบกับระดับผลการเรียนที่เคยได้ผ่านหลักสูตรจักษุวิทยา พค.451

ผลการวิจัย : นักศึกษาแพทย์ชั้นปีที่ 6 ของคณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ จำนวน 78 คน สามารถทำข้อสอบได้คะแนน 5 ถึง 29 จาก 40 คะแนน (median =21, SD =4.15) ซึ่งเมื่อแปลงเป็นระดับผลการสอบแล้วนำไปเปรียบเทียบพบว่าระดับผลการสอบที่นักศึกษาสอบได้ในการทำวิจัย มีความสัมพันธ์ไปในทิศทางเดียวกันกับระดับผลการเรียนที่ได้เมื่อผ่านหลักสูตรจักษุวิทยา พค.451 อย่ามีนัยสำคัญ (ค่าr=0.453, P<0.001) ในระดับปานกลาง

สรุป : ระดับผลการเรียนของนักศึกษาแพทย์ที่ผ่านหลักสูตรจักษุวิทยา พค.451 มีความสอดคล้องกับระดับความรู้ด้านจักษุวิทยาของนักศึกษาแพทย์ชั้นปีที่ 6 ตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐานผู้ประกอบวิชาชีพเวชกรรมของแพทยสภาจริง

The Basic Ophthalmologic Knowledge of the 6thyear
Medical Students Compared with their Passing Grade in the
Ophthalmology Course at the 5thyear

Abstract
Objective : To evaluate the basic knowledge according to the standard outline of the Medical Council in the 6thyear medical students compared with their passing grade in the ophthalmology course at the 5thyear
Study design : Descriptive study
Method : The ophthalmologic course committee from department of ophthalmology, faculty of medicine, Thammasat university prepared and reevaluated 40 items of written test (multiple choice question: MCQ) following the standard outline of the Medical Council. The 6thyear medical students performed the test and the score was compared with passing grade in the 5thyear.
Result : Seventy eight 6thyear medical students at Thammasat university have performed this 40 items test. The score ranged from 5-29 points (median=21, SD= 4.15). The comparison between the 5thyear passing grade and the 6thyear score following the ophthalmologic course was significantly correlation (r=0.453, p<0.001) in the moderate level.
Conclusion : The passing grade in the ophthalmology course of the 5thyear medical students correlated with the basic ophthalmic knowledge of the 6thyear medical students according to the standard outline of the Medical Council.
