Abstract
ปัจจุบันวิทยาการในการผ่าตัดต้อกระจกได้ก้าวรุดหน้าไปมาก มีการคิดค้นเทคโนโลยีที่ช่วยให้การผ่าตัดได้ผลดีมากขึ้น ผลสำเร็จของการผ่าตัดนอกจากเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการผ่าตัดแล้ว เลนส์แก้วตาเทียม (intraocular lens, IOL) ก็เป็นอีกหนึ่งปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการมองเห็นที่คมชัดหลังผ่าตัด เลนส์แก้วตาเทียมในปัจจุบันมีหลายชนิด ซึ่งสามารถนำมาเลือกใช้ให้เหมาะสมในผู้ป่วยแต่ละคนได้
