Abstract

Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada (VKH) Syndrome เป็นโรคตาอักเสบที่พบได้บ่อยในประเทศไทย มักพบร่่่่่่่่่่่่่่วมกับความผิดปกติของระบบประสาท หู และผิวหนัง กลไกลการเกิดโรคยังไม่ทราบแน่ชัดแต่เชื่อว่าเกิดจากความผิดปกติของภูมิคุ้มกันของร่างกายต่อ melanin การวินิจฉัยโรคตั้งแต่ระยะแรกและให้การรักษาอย่างเหมาะสมด้วยยา corticosteroids ในขนาดสูงเป็นเวลานานร่วมกับการใช้ยากดภูมิต้านทาน (immunosuppressive drugs) จะช่วยให้ผู้ป่วยมีการมองเห็นที่ดีและการพยากรณ์โรคที่ดีได้
