รูปแบบการบริหารจัดการกีฬาฟุตซอลอาชีพในประเทศไทย

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาข้อมูลพื้นฐานและความต้องการจำเป็นในพัฒนากีฬาฟุตซอลให้เป็นกีฬาอาชีพในประเทศไทย 2) สร้างรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการกีฬาฟุตซอลอาชีพในประเทศไทย 3)  ประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการกีฬาฟุตซอลอาชีพในประเทศไทย

โดยกำหนดระเบียบวิธีวิจัย 3 ขั้นตอนคือ  1)  ศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนากีฬาฟุตซอลเป็นอาชีพในประเทศไทย โดยศึกษาข้อมูลพื้นฐาน หลักการและทฤษฏี จากเอกสารและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องการมาตรฐานกีฬาฟุตซอลอาชีพของสหพันธ์ฟุตบอลแห่งทวีปเอเชีย และสัมภาษณ์รองผู้ว่าการกีฬาแห่งประเทศไทยฝ่ายกีฬาอาชีพและสิทธิประโยชน์  2)  การสร้างรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการกีฬาฟุตซอลอาชีพในประเทศไทย โดยการสัมภาษณ์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิและผู้บริหาร ด้านการบริหารจัดการกีฬาฟุตซอลอาชีพ จำนวน 21 คน ด้วยกระบวนการเทคนิคเดลฟาย (Delphi Technique) โดยการสร้างแบบสอบถามย้อนกลับเพื่อได้รับการยืนยันคำตอบเดิม ด้วยวิธีการหาค่าเฉลี่ยทางสถิติที่เป็นค่าแนวโน้มเข้าสู่ส่วนกลางสถิติที่ใช้ได้แก่ ค่ามัธยฐาน (Median) และค่าพิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์ (Interquartile Range)  3)  การประเมินคุณภาพของรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการกีฬาฟุตซอลอาชีพในประเทศไทย  เพื่อประเมินความเป็นไปได้ในการนำไปใช้จริงของรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการกีฬาฟุตซอลอาชีพในประเทศไทยโดยการใช้แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นของผู้ที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับกีฬาฟุตซอลอาชีพ จำนวน 176 คน และโดยวิธีการสนทนากลุ่ม จำนวน 7  คน  สรุปและนำเสนอรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการกีฬาฟุตซอลอาชีพในประเทศไทย สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ประเทศไทยมีความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนากีฬาฟุตซอลให้เป็นกีฬาอาชีพ

2. รูปแบบการบริหารจัดการกีฬาฟุตซอลอาชีพในประเทศไทย ประกอบด้วยโครงสร้างของรูปแบบ 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ 1) ด้านการบริหารจัดการสโมสร 2) ด้านงบประมาณ 3) ด้านการตลาด สิทธิประโยชน์ ประชาสัมพันธ์ และแฟนคลับ และ 4) ด้านการพัฒนานักกีฬาฟุตซอล

3. การประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการกีฬาฟุตซอลอาชีพในประเทศไทยมีความเป็นได้ในระดับมากในการนำไปใช้จริง

A Model of  professional  futsal management in Thailand 

The purposes of this research were 1) to study fundamental data, needs and wants in developing professional futsal in Thailand, 2) to design a model for professional futsal management in Thailand, and 3)  to evaluate the model of professional futsal management in Thailand.

There are three stages to reach the purposes. 1) Needs and wants in developing professional futsal in Thailand were studied from fundamental data and theory in related literature. The standards of professional futsal provided by the Asian Football Confederation were studied. Data were also collected from the interview with the Deputy Governor for Professional Sports and Privileges of Sport Authority of Thailand. 2) A model for professional futsal management in Thailand was created through interviewing 21 experts and administrators in futsal management using the Delphi Technique. Questionnaires were distributed back and forth to confirm the answers and to obtain the central tendency.  The statistics involved were median and the interquartile range. 3) The model obtained was evaluated by 176 stakeholders whether it is practical in professional futsal management. After that the model was evaluated by a group discussion among 7 administrators. The statistics used were mean and standard deviation.   

The research findings were:

1. The professional futsal development is needed in Thailand.

2. The model of professional futsal management consists of  1) club management,  2) budgeting , 3) marketing, benefits, public relations, and fan club,  and  4) futsal player development

3. The evaluation of the obtained model was found to be practical at the high level.
