การพัฒนารูปแบบกิจกรรมการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพจิตของผู้สูงอายุกลุ่มติดบ้านในตำบลเมืองเก่า อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดสุโขทัย

การวิจัยนี้ได้พัฒนารูปแบบกิจกรรมการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพจิตของผู้สูงอายุกลุ่มติดบ้านในตำบลเมืองเก่า อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดสุโขทัย มีกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 2 กลุ่ม คือ แกนนำดูแลผู้สูงอายุกลุ่มติดบ้าน 55 คน ได้แก่ นักเรียน 24 คน อาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน 12 คน และผู้สูงอายุ 24 คน สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง โดยมีแกนนำ ชุมชนละ 1 กลุ่ม และผู้สูงอายุกลุ่มติดบ้าน 36 คน ใน 11 ชุมชน ศึกษาทั้งประชากร มีกิจกรรม 1) วางแผน แกนนำ เยี่ยมบ้านผู้สูงอายุติดบ้าน ครั้งที่ 1 เพื่อประเมินสุขภาพจิตและความสนใจในกิจกรรม ให้แกนนำศึกษาดูงาน และร่วมวางแผนกิจกรรม 2) ดำเนินการฝึกทักษะแกนนำและให้แกนนำเยี่ยมบ้านครั้งที่ 2 3) ติดตามประเมิน ผลสุขภาพจิตผู้สูงอายุติดบ้านและศักยภาพแกนนำ และ 4) ปรับปรุง ทำการประเมินความพึงพอใจและ ถอดบทเรียน เก็บข้อมูลก่อนและหลังการทดลองด้วยแบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นและแบบสอบถาม General Health Questionnaire ฉบับภาษาไทย (Thai GHQ-28) วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสถิติ Paired ผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจและถอดบทเรียน พบว่า ทั้งแกนนำและผู้สูงอายุติดบ้านมีความพึงพอใจ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับพึงพอใจมากที่สุด และผลการเปรียบเทียบคะแนนเฉลี่ย พบว่า หลังการทดลองแกนนำมี ความรู้ ทัศนคติและศักยภาพการดูแลผู้สูงอายุกลุ่มติดบ้านเพิ่มขึ้นกว่าก่อนการอบรมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ 0.05 (p = 0.040, 0.001 และ 0.019 ตามลำดับ) และหลังการเยี่ยมบ้านผู้สูงอายุกลุ่มติดบ้านมีสุขภาพจิต ดีขึ้นกว่าก่อนการเยี่ยมบ้านอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 (p < .001) ผลการศึกษาเป็นแนวทางสร้างเสริม สุขภาพผู้สูงอายุติดบ้านในชุมชนและพื้นที่อื่น ๆ
