Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) was widely applied in teaching of the healthsciences. Faculty of Nursing, Naresuan University applied the eight- step of (Katowa-Mukwato et al.,2013) concept in adult nursing practicum 1 and 2. The process consisted of: 1) dentified competencies,2) Developed case scenarios based on the competences, 3) Indicated and developed evaluation tools, 4)Set examination place, 5) Resources planning, 6) Prepared standardized patients, 7) Tried out the OSCE,and 8) Implemented of the OSCE.
