การนำร่องให้วัคซีนรวมคอตีบ-ไอกรน-บาดทะยักชนิดไร้เซลล์ (Tdap) สำหรับหญิงตั้งครรภ์ ในจังหวัดพัทลุง

การให้วัคซีนไอกรนในหญิงตั้งครรภ์ เป็นวิธีการป้องกันโรคไอกรนในทารกที่สำคัญ ซึ่งภูมิคุ้มกันต่อไอกรนจากแม่ถ่ายทอดไปสู่ลูกในครรภ์ ส่งผลให้ทารกแรกคลอดมีภูมิคุ้มกันต่อโรคไอกรน ในปี 2563 กรมควบคุมโรค ร่วมกับสำนักงานสาธารณสุขจังหวัดพัทลุง ได้นำร่องการให้วัคซีนรวมคอตีบ-ไอกรน-บาดทะยักชนิดไร้เซลล์ (Tdap) จำนวน 1 เข็ม ในหญิงตั้งครรภ์ เพื่อศึกษาความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของการให้บริการวัคซีนดังกล่าว การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินผลการดำเนินงานการให้วัคซีนรวมคอตีบ-ไอกรน-บาดทะยักชนิดไร้เซลล์ (Tdap) สำหรับหญิงตั้งครรภ์ในจังหวัดพัทลุง เป็นการศึกษาเชิงพรรณนาแบบตัดขวาง เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้รับผิดชอบของสำนักงานสาธารณสุขจังหวัดพัทลุง และโรงพยาบาล จำนวน 11 แห่ง ระหว่างวันที่ 12-26 มกราคม 2567 จากการประเมินผล พบว่าคลังวัคซีนอำเภอและหน่วยฉีดวัคซีน มีการดำเนินงานตามมาตรฐานงานสร้างเสริมภูมิคุ้มกันโรค สามารถให้บริการวัคซีนโดยบูรณาการกับงานอนามัยแม่และเด็กเป็นอย่างดี เจ้าหน้าที่และหญิงตั้งครรภ์ให้การยอมรับวัคซีน และไม่พบอาการภายหลังได้รับวัคซีน Tdap อย่างรุนแรง การให้วัคซีนที่มีส่วนประกอบของไอกรนในหญิงตั้งครรภ์ เป็นการเสริมสร้างภูมิคุ้มกันต่อโรคไอกรนจากแม่ถ่ายทอดไปสู่ลูกในครรภ์ ส่งผลให้ทารกแรกคลอดมีภูมิคุ้มกันต่อโรคไอกรน ประเทศไทยมีการผลักดันการให้วัคซีนไอกรนในหญิงตั้งครรภ์ จนกระทั่ง ปี 2567 การให้วัคซีน aP จำนวน 1 ครั้ง ทุกการตั้งครรภ์ถือเป็นสิทธิประโยชน์ของหญิงตั้งครรภ์ทุกคนที่จะได้รับ
