ผลของกิจกรรมการมีส่วนร่วมและการรับรู้ด้านความปลอดภัยที่ส่งต่อพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน: กรณีศึกษาในลูกจ้างโรงงานผลิตหมึกพิมพ์ จังหวัดสมุทรสาคร

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาแบบกึ่งทดลองกลุ่มเดียววัดผลก่อนและหลัง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาเปรียบเทียบระดับการรับรู้ด้านความปลอดภัยและพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน ก่อนและหลังการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมการมีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมตั้งแต่ขั้นตอนการวางแผน การตั้งเป้าหมาย การตัดสินใจ การให้ข้อมูล การกำหนดวิธีปฏิบัติงาน และการร่วมประเมินผล โดยเก็บข้อมูลในลูกจ้างฝ่ายผลิตหมึกพิมพ์ โรงงานแห่งหนึ่งในจังหวัดสมุทรสาคร จำนวน 25 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามและแบบสังเกตพฤติกรรม วิเคราะห์ผลโดยใช้สถิติ Wilcoxon signed-rank test ผลการวิจัย พบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างได้วางแผนและคัดเลือกพฤติกรรมเป้าหมายซึ่งเป็นพฤติกรรมที่มีแนวโน้มที่อาจก่อให้เกิดอุบัติเหตุหรือเกือบเกิดอุบัติเหตุ โดยมี 3 พฤติกรรมที่กลุ่มตัวอย่างทุกคนมีพฤติกรรมเสี่ยง ได้แก่ การไม่หนีบสายดินที่ถังเพื่อป้องกันการเกิดไฟฟ้าสถิต การไม่สวมรองเท้านิรภัย และหน้ากากป้องกันสารเคมี ผลการเปรียบเทียบก่อนและหลังการทดลองของระดับการรับรู้ด้านความปลอดภัยและพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน พบว่ามีความแตกต่างกันที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ 0.05 ดังนั้น นายจ้างจึงควรให้ความสำคัญกับกิจกรรมส่งเสริมความความปลอดภัย เพื่อสร้างแรงกระตุ้นให้พนักงานเกิดการรับรู้ด้านความปลอดภัยที่ถูกต้องและมีพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยในการทำงานอย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยใช้หลักการมีส่วนร่วมของพนักงาน อันจะนำไปสู่การสร้างวัฒนธรรมความปลอดภัยขององค์กรที่ยั่งยืนได้
