ผลของโปรแกรมการส่งเสริมสุขภาพที่ประยุกต์ส่วนผสมการตลาดเชิงสังคม ต่อความรู้เรื่องโรคไข้เลือดออกของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 อำเภอองครักษ์ จังหวัดนครนายก

การวิจัยกึ่งทดลองหนึ่งกลุ่มโดยวัดก่อนและหลังการได้รับโปรแกรม มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวัดผลของโปรแกรมการส่งเสริมสุขภาพที่ประยุกต์ส่วนผสมการตลาดเชิงสังคมต่อความรู้และพฤติกรรมในการป้องกันเรื่องโรคไข้เลือดออก กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 จำนวน 23 คน ได้เข้าร่วมโปรแกรมการส่งเสริมสุขภาพที่ประยุกต์ส่วนผสมการตลาดเชิงสังคม หรือ 4P’s (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) 4 สัปดาห์ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบวัดความรู้และการปฏิบัติตน และแบบสำรวจลูกน้ำยุงลาย วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ร้อยละ ความถี่ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ Paired t-test ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ 0.05 ผลการวิจัยพบว่านักเรียนมีคะแนนความรู้เรื่องโรคไข้เลือดออกและการป้องกันโรคไข้เลือดออกหลังจากเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p-value<0.05) ส่วนค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนการปฏิบัติตนในการป้องกันโรคไข้เลือดออกและการกำจัดแหล่งเพาะพันธุ์ลูกน้ำยุงลายไม่แตกต่างกัน (p-value>0.05) และไม่พบค่าดัชนีลูกน้ำยุงลาย (Container index: CI) หลังจากสิ้นสุดโปรแกรม เนื่องจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างมีการปฏิบัติตนเกี่ยวกับการป้องกันโรคไข้เลือดออกและการกำจัดแหล่งเพาะพันธุ์ลูกน้ำยุงลายอย่างสม่ำเสมอ โปรแกรมการส่งเสริมสุขภาพที่ประยุกต์ส่วนผสมการตลาดเชิงสังคมนี้สามารถนำไปใช้เป็นรูปแบบการเรียนการสอนในโรงเรียนเพื่อเสริมสร้างให้นักเรียนเข้าใจและมีส่วนร่วมในการป้องกันโรคไข้เลือดออกได้
