การศึกษารูปแบบการจัดการเฝ้าระวังควบคุมป้องกันโรคไข้เลือดออกในชุมชนชายแดน อำเภอเชียงแสน จังหวัดเชียงราย

สภาพบริบทของอำเภอเชียงแสน จังหวัดเชียงราย มีช่องทางเข้าออกทางน้ำ ทั้งด่านท่าเรือสากล จุดผ่อนแดนถาวร จุดผ่อนปรนทางการค้า และท่าเรือท่องเที่ยว รวมทั้งช่องทางเข้าออกทางธรรมชาติตลอดพื้นที่ของอำเภอ และสามารถพบเห็นได้ตลอดว่ามีการเดินทางข้ามมาพักอาศัยที่บ้านญาติในฝั่งไทย เพื่อรอรับการรักษาพยาบาลแล้วได้รับการวินิจฉัยจากแพทย์ว่าป่วยด้วยโรคไข้เลือดออก วัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษารูปแบบการจัดการโรคไข้เลือดออกในชุมชนชายแดน อำเภอเชียงแสน จังหวัดเชียงราย วิธีการศึกษา รูปแบบผสมผสาน (Mix method) ในรูปแบบลำดับขั้นตอนเชิงอธิบาย (explanatory sequential design) โดยการเก็บข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ และข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ ผลการศึกษา มีภาคีเครือข่ายในพื้นที่ชุมชนชายแดน ได้แก่ เจ้าหน้าที่องค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น มีบทบาทในการสนับสนุนทรัพยากรและงบประมาณ เจ้าหน้าที่โรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล มีบทบาทในการวิเคราะห์สถานการณ์ การประสานงาน การแจ้งข่าว แกนนำสุขภาพชุมชนเป็นตัวหลักในการเฝ้าระวังและการแจ้งข่าวในกรณีที่มีประชากรแฝงจากต่างพื้นที่เข้ามาพักอาศัยอยู่ในพื้นที่ชุมชน ส่วนประชาชนรับทราบบทบาทหน้าที่ของตนเองในการจัดการเฝ้าระวังโรคไข้เลือดออก ได้แก่ ประชาชนมีความรู้ ทัศนคติและการปฏิบัติที่ดีต่อการจัดการโรคไข้เลือดออกในครัวเรือนของตนเอง ข้อเสนอแนะ ควรสนับสนุนการมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการโรคไข้เลือดออกในส่วนของประชาชน การพัฒนารูปแบบการแจ้งข่าวแก่ประชาชนที่เข้า-ออกภายในชุมชนเพื่อง่ายต่อการติดตาม สอบสวนโรค หากมีโรคระบาดเกิดขึ้นในชุมชน
