ผลกระทบสุขภาพจากการผลิตลำไยนอกฤดูของเกษตรกร อำเภอบ้านโฮ่ง จังหวัดลำพูน

การศึกษาเชิงผสมผสานนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลกระทบสุขภาพของเกษตรกรจากการผลิตลำไยนอกฤดู วิเคราะห์ปัจจัยพยากรณ์ผลกระทบสุขภาพของเกษตรกร และพัฒนาแนวทางการแก้ไขผลกระทบสุขภาพจากการผลิตลำไยนอกฤดู ใช้วิธีการศึกษาแบบผสานวิธี กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นเกษตรกรผู้ผลิตลำไยนอกฤดู ในพื้นที่อำเภอบ้านโฮ่ง จังหวัดลำพูน จำนวน 303 ราย รวมถึงตัวแทนจากผู้มีส่วนได้เสีย จำนวน 12 คน รวบรวมข้อมูลโดยแบบสอบถาม การสัมภาษณ์แบบไม่เป็นทางการ และการสัมมนาเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา วิเคราะห์สมการถดถอยเชิงเส้นแบบพหุคูณ และวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ผลกระทบสุขภาพจากการผลิตลำไยนอกฤดูของเกษตรกรรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (ค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.9) โดยขนาดพื้นที่การผลิตลำไยนอกฤดูปีการผลิต 2562-2663 แปรผันตรงและการใช้สารชีวภาพในการผลิตลำไยนอกฤดูแปรผกผันต่อการเกิดผลกระทบสุขภาพของเกษตรกรได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ p–value=<0.001 และ <0.001 ตามลำดับ ในส่วนของแนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาผลกระทบสุขภาพจากการผลิตลำไยนอกฤดู ผู้มีส่วนได้เสียเสนอแนะให้ส่งเสริมกิจกรรมการใช้สารชีวภาพ กิจกรรมการรับรู้ปัญหาการยศาสตร์ การสร้างระบบการบริหารจัดการแรงงานต่างด้าวและการรับรู้เกี่ยวกับนวัตกรรมการผลิตการเกษตรแนวใหม่
