ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยในการทำงานของเกษตรกรสูงอายุ ตำบลพุดซา อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนครราชสีมา

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยในการทำงานของเกษตรกรสูงอายุ ตำบลพุดซา อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนครราชสีมา กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ เกษตรกรสูงอายุ ที่มีอายุตั้งแต่ 50 ปีขึ้นไป จำนวน 236 คน คัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยวิธีสุ่มอย่างง่าย เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ สถิติเชิงพรรณนา การวิเคราะห์ค่าสหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า เกษตรกรส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง ร้อยละ 55.9 อายุเฉลี่ย 59.4 ปี ระยะเวลาการทำงานเฉลี่ย 7.1 ชั่วโมง/วัน และมีประสบการณ์การทำงานเฉลี่ย 19.5 ปี กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่มีระดับความรู้ และการรับรู้ความเสี่ยงจากการทำงาน อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยมีคะแนนเฉลี่ย 10.8±1.6 และ 2.2±0.3 ตามลำดับ ส่วนทัศนคติ และพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน อยู่ในระดับดี คะแนนเฉลี่ย 2.6±0.3 และ 2.4±0.3 ตามลำดับ โดยปัจจัยทัศนคติด้านความปลอดภัย และปัจจัยด้านประสบการณ์การทำงานสามารถร่วมกันทำนายพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยในการทำงานของเกษตรกรสูงอายุได้ ร้อยละ 22.6 (R2= 0.226, p<0.01) ตัวแปรที่ทำนายได้สูงสุด คือ ปัจจัยทัศนคติด้านความปลอดภัย (Beta=0.411, t=7.086, p<0.001) รองลงมา คือ ปัจจัยด้านประสบการณ์การทำงาน (Beta=0.197, t=3.406, p=0.01) ตามลำดับ ดังนั้นหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องควรตระหนักถึงความสำคัญของทัศนคติด้านความปลอดภัย และประสบการณ์การทำงาน รวมทั้งควรนำข้อมูลนี้ไปใช้ในการวางแผนดำเนินงานพัฒนาโปรแกรมปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยในการทำงานของเกษตรกรสูงอายุต่อไป
