ผลของหลักสูตรการสอนโรคหนอนพยาธิ ต่อพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคและความชุก ของโรคพยาธิไส้เดือนในนักเรียนโรงเรียนตำรวจตระเวนชายแดน หม่อมราชวงศ์เฉลิมลักษณ์ จันทรเสน ปี 2561

การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยกึ่งทดลองแบบกลุ่มเดียววัดซ้ำ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของหลักสูตรการสอนโรคหนอนพยาธิ ต่อพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคและความชุกของโรคพยาธิไส้เดือนในนักเรียนโรงเรียนตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนหม่อมราชวงศ์เฉลิมลักษณ์ จันทรเสน กลุ่มทดลองคือ นักเรียนที่กำลังศึกษา ปีการศึกษาที่ 1/2561 จำนวน 90 คน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า นักเรียนที่ได้รับการสอนด้วยหลักสูตรโรคหนอนพยาธิ มีความรู้และพฤติกรรมในการป้องกันโรคหนอนพยาธิเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ p<0.05 ส่วนทัศนคติต่อโรคหนอนพยาธิพบว่า มีทัศนคติเพิ่มขึ้น ดังนั้นโรงเรียนที่มีบริบทคล้ายคลึงกันสามารถนำหลักสูตรไปประยุกต์ใช้กับนักเรียนเพื่อลดความชุกด้วยโรคหนอนพยาธิได้
