การทบทวนวรรณกรรมอย่างเป็นระบบ : ผลของการตีตราต่อผู้เป็นโรคเรื้อน วัณโรค และผู้ติดเชื้อเอชไอวี/ผู้เป็นโรคเอดส์

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของการตีตราต่อผู้เป็นโรคเรื้อน วัณโรค และผู้ติดเชื้อเอชไอวี/ ผู้เป็นโรคเอดส์ และต่องานป้องกันควบคุมโรค โดยการทบทวนวรรณกรรม เจาะจงเลือกเอกสารงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง กับ โรคเรื้อน/วัณโรค/เอชไอวี และ (ความล่าช้า หรือการตีตรา หรือการรักษา หรือสุขภาพจิต หรือผลกระทบ) ตีพิมพ์หลัง พ.ศ. 2543 หรือ ค.ศ. 2000 หลังจากการลืบค้น พบเอกสารงานวิจัยจำนวน 54 เรื่อง ที่ทำการวิเคราะห์ เนื้อหาแล้วพบว่า การตีตรามีผลให้ผู้เป็นโรคเรื้อน วัณโรค และผู้ติดเชื้อเอชไอวี/ผู้เป็นโรคเอดส์ รักษาล่าช้า ขาดการ รักษา ปกปิดโรค มีปัญหาสุขภาพจิต มีปัญหาชีวิตคู่ และปัญหาในการประกอบอาชีพ อันขัดขวางความสำเร็จใน งานป้องกันควบคุมโรคในภาพรวม ผู้วิจัยเสนอให้การลดการตีตรา เป็นยุทธศาสตร์หลักในแผนยุทธศาสตร์ป้องกัน ควบคุมโรคเรื้อน วัณโรค และเอชไอวี/เอดส์ ที่นำสู่การปฏิบัติอย่างเป็นรูปธรรมและติดตามผลอย่างจริงจัง เสนอให้ มีการวิจัยเพิ่มเติมเกี่ยวกับ (1) สาเหตุและปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องของการตีตราในโรคเรื้อน วัณโรค และเอชไอวี/เอดส์ (2) สาเหตุและปัจจัยอื่น ๆ ที่นอกเหนือจากการตีตรา ที่มีผลทั้งทางบวกและทางลบต่อผู้เป็นโรค/ผู้ติดเชื้อ ตลอดจนงานป้องกันควบคุมโรคดังกล่าว (3) โครงการหรือกิจกรรมลดการตีตราที่ไค้มีการดำเนินการในอดีต เสนอให้โครงการลดการตีตราในอนาคต เป็นโครงการที่ออกแบบให้เหมาะกับบริบทและกลุ่มเป้าหมาย และเสนอให้มีการบูรณาการโครงการลดการตีตราในวัณโรคและเอชไอวี/เอดส์
