DENTIGEROUS CYST IN A THOROUGHBRED COLT: A CASE REPORT

Abstract

This paper reports surgical resection of a dentigerous cyst from a thoroughbred colt that had
persistent seromucous discharge through a small opening at the base of the right pinna for one month.Healing was uneventful after the cyst, as well as the fistulous tract, was totally removed. An aberranttooth of molar liked appearance was found within the cyst.
