Also, in Thailand, the public health system must adapt to keep up with the changing trends of the global society. This issue is considered a challenge for nursing administrators in planning and developing an efficient nursing service system. This article had analyzed external factors influencing the organization's management based on the concept of Francis J. A. (PESTLE analysis) to be used as information for nursing organizations' decision-making and guidance. Learning and improving to keep up with globalize changing in the preparation of the nursing service program, human resource management, professionalism, information technology, and nursing innovation management, transcultural nursing, and the growth of skilled nursing leadership to be a SMART Nurse 4.0.</span></p> ER -
