The samples were 240 male high school and vocational students in Chonburi Province. The research instrument was a nine-part questionnaire of factors predicting sexual arousal management among male adolescents in Chonburi Province with reliability in the range of .71–.93. Data were collected in December, 2019. Statistics used for data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis.</p><p>The research results revealed that 1) influence from friends, experience in sexual intercourse, media stimulating sexual arousal, communication regarding sexual arousal management, and religious practices were statistically significantly accounted for 46.10% of the variance of sexual arousal management in term of controlling sexual emotion among male adolescents (R<sup>2</sup> = .461, <em>p</em> &lt; .001); 2) communication regarding sexual arousal management, influence from friends, education level, and knowledge about sexual arousal management were statistically significantly accounted for 15.50% of the variance of sexual arousal management in term of deviating from sexual emotion among male adolescents (R<sup>2</sup> = .155, <em>p</em> &lt; .001); and 3) experience in sexual intercourse, influence from friends, and media stimulating sexual arousal were statistically significantly accounted for 38.80% of the variance of sexual arousal management in term of releasing sexual emotion among male adolescents (R<sup>2</sup> = .388, <em>p</em> &lt; .001).</p><p>This research suggests that nurses should enhance media literacy among male adolescents as well as promote religious activities participation, provide knowledge about sexual arousal management, and enhance communication regarding sexual arousal management in family. This will help male adolescents have an appropriate sexual arousal management.</p> ER -
