TY - JOUR AU - เหล็กไหล, จันทิมา AU - เมฆรุ่งเรืองวงศ์, ศันสนีย์ PY - 2017/08/24 Y2 - 2024/03/29 TI - ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อบทบาทหน้าที่ในการมีส่วนร่วมของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุข ประจำหมู่บ้านในการดำเนินงานป้องกันและควบคุมโรคไข้เลือดออก JF - Journal of Public Health Nursing JA - J Pub Health Nurse VL - 30 IS - 3 SE - Research Articles DO - UR - https://he01.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/phn/article/view/96595 SP - 132-144 AB - <p style="text-align: justify;">การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจมีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมและปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมต่อบทบาทหน้าที่ของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านในการดำเนินงานป้องกันและควบคุมโรคไข้เลือดออกในเขตพื้นที่ตำบลธรรมามูล อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดชัยนาท จำนวน 142 คน สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเป็นระบบ เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม โดยมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถาม ด้านความรู้ การรับรู้ ปัจจัยเอื้อ ปัจจัยเสริม และการมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงานป้องกันและควบคุมโรคไข้เลือดออกเท่ากับ .797, .782, .765, .702, .878 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติการถดถอยแบบพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงานป้องกันและควบคุมโรคไข้เลือดออกโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (<strong></strong>= 2.65, SD = 0.33) โดยมีคะแนนการมีส่วนร่วมในการรับผลประโยชน์มากที่สุด และคะแนนการมีส่วนร่วมในการค้นหาปัญหาน้อยที่สุด สำหรับปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมต่อบทบาทหน้าที่ของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขในการดำเนินงานป้องกันและควบคุมโรคไข้เลือดออกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ คือ ปัจจัยการได้รับแรงสนับสนุนจากเพื่อนร่วมงาน ปัจจัยการได้รับข้อมูลข่าวสาร ปัจจัยการกำหนดบทลงโทษ ปัจจัยตำแหน่งทางสังคม ปัจจัยความพอเพียงของทรัพยากร และปัจจัยการรับรู้ ซึ่งปัจจัยทั้ง 6 ด้าน สามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์ผลการมีส่วนร่วมในการป้องกันควบคุมโรคไข้เลือดออกได้ร้อยละ 59.2 % (R<sup>2</sup> = 0.592, F = 32.65, p-value &lt;0.01) ดังนั้น ผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องต้องดำเนินการยกระดับการมีส่วนร่วมให้มีประสิทธิภาพ ควรส่งเสริมให้ผู้ที่มีตำแหน่งในชุมชนเป็นผู้นำในการควบคุมและป้องกันโรคไข้เลือดออก นอกจากนี้ควรบริหารจัดการปัจจัยที่เอื้อต่อการมีส่วนร่วมในการควบคุมและป้องกันโรคไข้เลือดออก ได้แก่ ด้านเพื่อนร่วมงาน ด้านการได้รับข้อมูลข่าวสาร ด้านทรัพยากร เพื่อเป็นการส่งเสริมให้อาสาสมัครสาธารณสุข ประจำหมู่บ้านเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในการป้องกันและควบคุมโรคไข้เลือดออกต่อไป </p><p align="center"><strong>FACTORS INFLUENCING THE ROLE OF THE PARTICIPATION IN VILLAGE HEALTH VOLUNTEERS FOR THE PREVENTION AND CONTROL OF DENGUE HEMORRHAGIC FEVER </strong></p><p style="text-align: justify;">        This purpose of survey study were to measure the level of participation and to investigate the factors influencing the role of the participation in dengue hemorrhagic fever prevention and control among 142 village health volunteers in Thammamoon Sub-district, Muang District, Chinat Province. Data were randomly selected with systematic random sampling and collected data by using questionnaire which the Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of the knowledge, perception, enabling factors, reinforcing factors and participation in dengue hemorrhagic fever prevention and control were attitude and behavior were .797, .782, .765, .702, and .878, respectively. Stepwise multiple regression was use to analyze. The results found that the overall level of the involvement of village health volunteer was at high level (<strong></strong>= 2.65, SD = 0.33). Of all the four element of participation, benefit sharing received the highest score and finding the problem received the lowest score. The factors influencing the role of the participation in dengue hemorrhagic fever prevention and control among village health volunteers by ranking them from the most to the least predictive coefficients included received support from the colleagues, receive the information, having punishment, having social position, sufficient the resource, and perception factor. All of them could predict the participation in dengue hemorrhagic fever prevention and control among village health volunteers at approximately 59.2% (R<sup>2</sup> = 0.592, F = 32.65, p-value &lt; .01). Therefore, the result suggested that the person who relevant the dengue hemorrhagic fever prevention and control should be increasing the level of participation in village health volunteers more effectively and should be promoted the people who have social position to the leader dengue hemorrhagic fever prevention and control. In addition, should be managed factors including: colleague, information, resource in order to encourage village health volunteers to participation in the dengue hemorrhagic fever prevention and control.</p><p style="text-align: justify;" align="center"><strong><br /></strong></p> ER -
