TY - JOUR AU - นาคเจริญวารี, กำพล AU - ล้อมพงศ์, ศรีรัตน์ AU - ภูษาภักดีภพ, จิตรพรรณ AU - แก้วบุญชู, อรวรรณ PY - 2016/02/10 Y2 - 2024/03/29 TI - ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความเครียดของพนักงานในโรงงานประกอบสายไฟสำหรับเครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้าในการนิคมอุตสาหกรรมอมตะนคร จังหวัดชลบุรี JF - Journal of Public Health Nursing JA - J Pub Health Nurse VL - 29 IS - 1 SE - Research Articles DO - UR - https://he01.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/phn/article/view/48488 SP - 1-14 AB - <p class="Default"> </p><p class="Default">การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความเครียดของพนักงานในโรงงานประกอบสายไฟสำหรับเครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้าในการนิคมอุตสาหกรรมอมตะนคร จังหวัดชลบุรี รูปแบบการวิจัยเป็นแบบภาคตัดขวาง กลุ่มตัวอย่างในครั้งนี้เป็นพนักงานในโรงงานประกอบสายไฟสำหรับเครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้า จานวน 130 คน โดยใช้การสุ่มแบบชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ จำนวน ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าต่ำสุด ค่าสูงสุด Pearson correlation และ Chi square</p><p>ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่ ร้อยละ 86.2 เป็นพนักงานหญิง มีอายุเฉลี่ย 35.25 ปี ร้อยละ 56.2 มีสถานภาพ คือ สมรส ร้อยละ 56.2 มีการศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นหรือตอนปลาย อายุงานเฉลี่ย 4.92 ปี ร้อยละ 53.8 มีการทำงานวันละ 8 ชั่วโมง ระดับคะแนนความพึงพอใจในงาน อยู่ในระดับปานกลางร้อยละ 84.6 ระดับคะแนนค่าตอบแทนสวัสดิการ อยู่ในระดับปานกลางร้อยละ 70.0 มีความเมื่อยล้าระดับปานกลาง ร้อยละ 65.4 ระดับน้อย ร้อยละ 31.5 และระดับมาก ร้อยละ 3.1 และ มีความเครียดอยู่ในเกณฑ์ปกติ ร้อยละ 49.2 สูงกว่าปกติเล็กน้อย ร้อยละ 43.8 ต่ำกว่าปกติอย่างมาก ร้อยละ 3.8 สูงกว่าปกติปานกลาง ร้อยละ 1.5 และสูงกว่าปกติมาก ร้อยละ 1.5 โดยความพึงพอใจในงาน มีความสัมพันธ์กับความเครียดอย่างมีนัยสาคัญสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ พบว่า ค่าตอบแทนสวัสดิการและความเมื่อยล้ามีความสัมพันธ์กับความเครียดอย่างมีนัยสำคัญสถิติที่ระดับความเชื่อมั่น 0.01 จากผลการวิจัยสามารถนาข้อมูลไปใช้ประกอบการพิจารณา วางแผน ปรับเปลี่ยน สนับสนุน ปัจจัยต่างๆ ที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความเครียดของพนักงานในโรงงานประกอบสายไฟได้ในอนาคต</p><p class="Default"> </p><p><strong>FACTORS RELATED TO STRESS AMONG EMPLOYEES IN A WIRE CONNECTER ASSEMBLY FOR ELECTRIC APPLIANCES FACTORY IN AMATA NAKORN INDUSTRY ESTATE, CHONBURI PROVINCE</strong></p><p class="Default">This cross-sectional research was conducted to investigate stress determine the related factors with among employees in a wire connecter assembly for electric appliances factory in Amata Nakorn industry estate, Chonburi province. One hundred and thirty employees were selected by stratified sampling. Method used in this study was a questionnaire and statistical techniques used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, minimum, maximum, Pearson correlation and chi square.</p><p class="Default">The finding of study showed that 86.2% was female, mean of age was 35.25 years old, 56.2% was married, 56.2% was graduated Lower secondary or high school, mean of work years was 4.92 years, 53.8 % worked 8 hours per day and 84.6% and 70.0% were at a moderate level of the job satisfaction and income package by sequence. 65.4% the employees have subjective fatigue at a moderate level, 31.5% the employees experience fatigue a low level and 3.1% at high level. 49.2% the employees have subjective stress at a normal level, 43.8% slightly higher than normal, 3.8% extremely lower than normal, 1.5% moderately higher than normal, and 1.5% extremely higher than normal. The correlation between the job satisfaction and subjective stress was significant at the 0.05 level, and the correlation between two factors, income package and fatigue, and subjective stress was significant at the 0.01 level. This research can be used in consideration for the planning to adjust and support factors related to stress in the employees.</p> ER -
