It accelerates the complications to these patients in many biological systems. Covid-19 complications are sometimes of low severity in the nervous system including headache, followed by loss of the ability to smell and taste, increasing to loss of ability to speak and move, up to severe symptoms such as decreased awareness and seizures.&nbsp; These symptoms result in more severe disability and mortality for patients with stroke. If patients have underlying disease, the risk of death is also increased. Caregivers play a vital role in ensuring quality of life for stroke patients because they provide constant care. They must have sufficient knowledge and skill for stroke patient care during the Covid-19 pandemic. Guidelines for caregivers must focus on the prevention of stroke complications, together with prevention of Covid-19. These kind of guidelines will help stroke patients and their caregivers with confidence in health care practice and in providing a better quality of life.</p> ER -
