This study is a descriptive cross-sectional research. The sample was 195 registered nurses who were selected by stratified random sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed with frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation and stepwise multiple regression.</p><p>According to the findings, nurses performed roles as long term care managers (79.1%) and role performance competency (β = 0.308) , motivation (β = 0.364) and organizational support (β = 0.262) could explain 58% of variance in role performance of long term care manager (R2 adj = 0.580, p-value &lt; 0.001).</p><p>The findings of this study suggest should prepare a training plan continue to study to develop knowledge and ability in working. Promote the advancement of personnel in order to create motivation for work. The organization should support the operation by creating a manpower plan that is suitable for the workload and has clear budget disbursement guidelines.</p> ER -
