This research aimed to study the relationship between knowledge, attitude, and nursing practice of students in caring and promoting breastfeeding for mothers. Eighty students from  the fourth year in the Bachelor of Nursing Science program of 2018 at Asia-Pacific International University answered the self-employment questionnaire. Which were achieving the confidence level of Knowledge KR 20 = 0.87, attitude = 0.799, and the nursing practice = 0.839. Data analysis was descriptive and also used Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation.</p> <p>             The results of the research showed that nursing students had a moderate level of knowledge 51.25% (<img title="\overline{x}" src="https://latex.codecogs.com/gif.latex?\overline{x}">= 17.35, S.D.= 2.53.  The students’ attitude had a positive at good level 92.5% (<img title="\overline{x}" src="https://latex.codecogs.com/gif.latex?\overline{x}"> = 42.63, S.D.= 5.56). The nursing practice was at very good level 83.75% (<img title="\overline{x}" src="https://latex.codecogs.com/gif.latex?\overline{x}">= 35.75, S.D.= 4.17). The findings of relationships between knowledge, attitude, and nursing practice showed that knowledge of students was statistically significantly correlated with students’ attitudes (r= .316, p= .01).
