Materials& Methods: A retrospective descriptive study cohort of all preterm infants diagnosed with PDA and ibuprofen treated in the neonatal intensive care unit, Nakhon Phanom Hospital from January 1st, 2018 to December 31st, 2021 by collecting and analyzing data, including general information and basic patient information. Patient's symptoms the effectiveness of the treatment including short-term complications after treatment (during the hospital stay)
