Sixty-four participants were 3 groups: 21 trainees, 21 supervisors, and 22 colleagues. Research instrument comprised three parts: Part I demographic data; Part II GNP competencies, which included 3 dimensions; and Part III interview questions for evaluation and suggestion on the course. Repeated measures ANOVA analysis revealed that all dimensions of perceived competency scores increased after completing the course and one year after completing the course (p&lt;.001). One way ANOVA analysis indicated no significant difference in perceived competency scores among three groups of participants. Data from interview questions provided suggestions for the training course in the future.</p> ER -
