TY - JOUR AU - เย็นเสมอ, อรญา PY - 2017/05/25 Y2 - 2024/03/28 TI - Spiritual care needs and spiritual care received among patients with end stage renal disease receiving hemodialysis JF - Journal of Nursing Science and Health JA - JNSH VL - 40 IS - 2 SE - Research Article DO - UR - https://he01.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/nah/article/view/108065 SP - 55-64 AB - <p><strong>บทคัดย่อ: </strong></p><p>การวิจัยเชิงบรรยายแบบเปรียบเทียบ เพื่อศึกษาระดับความต้องการการดูแลด้านจิตวิญญาณ ระดับการได้รับการตอบสนองความต้องการการดูแลด้านจิตวิญญาณ และเปรียบเทียบคะแนนเฉลี่ยความต้องการการดูแลด้านจิตวิญญาณและการได้รับการตอบสนองความต้องการการดูแลด้านจิตวิญญาณในผู้ป่วยไตเรื้อรังระยะสุดท้ายที่เข้ารับการฟอกเลือดด้วยเครื่องไตเทียมโรงพยาบาลศูนย์ภาคใต้ ทั้งหมด 5 แห่ง จำนวน 97 ราย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล และแบบสัมภาษณ์ความต้องการการดูแลด้านจิตวิญญาณและการได้รับการตอบสนองความต้องการการดูแลด้านจิตวิญญาณ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนาและสถิติทีคู่ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า คะแนนเฉลี่ยคะแนนความต้องการการดูแลด้านจิตวิญญาณโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 2.44, SD = 0.24) คะแนนเฉลี่ยคะแนนการได้รับการตอบสนองความต้องการการดูแลด้านจิตวิญญาณโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 2.43, SD= 0.22) และคะแนนเฉลี่ยคะแนนความต้องการการดูแลด้านจิตวิญญาณและการได้รับการตอบสนองความต้องการการดูแลด้านจิตวิญญาณแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;(t = 1.16, <em>p</em> = 0.25) ญาติและพยาบาลควรให้การตอบสนองความต้องการการดูแลด้านจิตวิญญาณในผู้ป่วยไตเรื้อรังระยะสุดท้ายเพื่อให้ผู้ป่วยเกิดความผาสุกทางจิตวิญญาณ</p><p><strong>คำสำคัญ</strong>: โรคไตเรื้อรังระยะสุดท้าย การฟอกเลือดด้วยเครื่องไตเทียม ความต้องการการดูแลด้านจิตวิญญาณ</p><p><strong>Abstract</strong>:</p><p>This study is comparative descriptive design. To study the level of spiritual care needs and the level of spiritual care receives. To study differences between spiritual care needs and spiritual care receives in end stage renal disease receiving hemodialysis. This study included 97 patients receiving hemodialysis treatment in five regional hospitals, Southern Thailand. The research instruments were (1) demographic data that included general information and (2) spiritual care needs and spiritual received scale. Data analysis was descriptive statistics and paired t-test. The results were as follows: The mean score of spiritual care needs were at the high level ( = 2.44, SD= 0.24). The mean score of spiritual care received were at the high level ( = 2.43, SD = 0.22). The result showed no significant differences between spiritual care needs and spiritual care received in end stage renal disease receiving hemodialysis. (t = 1.16, <em>p </em>= 0.25). It is recommended that nurses responsible for spiritual received in end stage renal disease receiving hemodialysis to patients’ spiritual well-being.</p><p><strong>keywords</strong>: end stage renal disease, hemodialysis, spiritual care needs<sub>.</sub></p> ER -
