TY - JOUR AU - สุขะเดชะ, รุ่งรัตน์ AU - จงอุดมการณ์, ดารุณี PY - 2017/05/30 Y2 - 2024/03/29 TI - ความอยู่ดีมีสุขของครอบครัวเด็กวัยเรียนที่เจ็บป่วยวิกฤต: การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ Family well-being of school age seriously ill children: A qualitative research JF - Journal of Nursing Science and Health JA - JNSH VL - 40 IS - 2 SE - Research Article DO - UR - https://he01.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/nah/article/view/108042 SP - 22-31 AB - <p><strong>บทคัดย่อ</strong>: การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่ออธิบายความหมายและองค์ประกอบของความอยู่ดีมีสุขของครอบครัวเด็กวัยเรียนที่เจ็บป่วยวิกฤต&nbsp; เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกและสัมภาษณ์กลุ่มครอบครัว มีผู้ให้ข้อมูล จำนวน 24 คน จาก 8 ครอบครัว วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ได้ความหมายความอยู่ดีมีสุขของครอบครัว คือ “การเติมเต็มความต้องการของครอบครัว”“กระบวนการที่นำไปสู่การบรรลุความต้องการของครอบครัว”และ“แหล่งทรัพยากรที่สนับสนุนให้บรรลุความต้องการของครอบครัว” โดยมีองค์ประกอบของความอยู่ดีมีสุขของครอบครัว ประกอบด้วย “การดูแลสุขภาพที่ดี” "การปรับตัวภายในครอบครัว” “ปฏิสัมพันธ์ภายในครอบครัว" “ปฏิสัมพันธ์กับสิ่งแวดล้อม" “แหล่งประโยชน์ภายในครอบครัว” และ “แหล่งประโยชน์ภายนอกครอบครัว” ข้อค้นพบที่ได้จากการศึกษานี้จะนำไปสู่การระบุตัวแปรและการสร้างรายการข้อคำถามเพื่อพัฒนาเครื่องมือประเมินความอยู่ดีมีสุขของครอบครัวเด็กวัยเรียนที่เจ็บป่วยวิกฤตโดยการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณในระยะต่อไป</p><p><strong>คำสำคัญ</strong> : การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ&nbsp; ความอยู่ดีมีสุขของครอบครัว&nbsp; เด็กวัยเรียน การเจ็บป่วยวิกฤต</p><p><strong>Abstract</strong>: This qualitative research aimed to elucidate meaning and elements of well-being in families of school-age seriously ill children. Collected data by in-depth interviews and group interviews were carried out. There were 24 informants from 8 families. Data were thematic analyzed with content analysis. The results revealed that the meaning of family well-being included: “the fulfillment of family needs ", “the process to achieve family needs”, and “resources which support families to achieve family needs”. Six elements of the family well-being included: “good health care”, “family adaptation”, “interactions within family”, “interactions with an environment”, "internal family resources”, and “external family resources”. The findings could lead to define the variables and generate items for developing assessment tools for well-being of the family with<em> a seriously ill child</em>&nbsp;of<em> school </em>age in a quantitative phase.</p><p><strong>keywords</strong>: qualitative research, family well-being, school-age children, seriously&nbsp; ill</p> ER -
