Study informants were 49 the grief parents and the community health leaders who had been selected by purposive sampling according to the specifications. Data were collected by using the Knowledge, Attitudes, and Ability of caregivers to care for parents&nbsp;with grief from losing a child Questionnaires and focus group. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis for qualitative data and using frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation for quantitative data.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The results showed that the community health leaders had a high overall of knowledge and Ability of caregivers to care for parents with grief from losing a child scores and had good overall of attitudes scores.&nbsp; In the focus group, there are key issues as follows 1) The model that reflects the power of love &nbsp;2) The model that helps grief parents to realize the truth of life &nbsp;and 3) The model that enhances the strength and sustainability of the community. The findings of this study can be used as a guideline for caring parents with grief from losing a childby encouragement the cooperation of network partners in the community to co-ordinate care model based on faith, traditions and culture of the community.</p> ER -
