Those in this age group tended to have high self-esteem, dynamic personality, and  quick  adaptation.  In  addition  to  relishing  challenges,  they  lived  in  a modern  lifestyle  and  exploited communication technologies. To provide learning process appropriate and relevant to their characteristics of this generation, the article developed suggestion to manage nursing education. The classroom management was achieved by establish classroom-learning group so that they could learn from real-world situations and they were promoted for   positive thinking. In addition, teaching and learning technologies were introduced into the classroom. The collected knowledge was subject to manage for continued and sustainable development.
