Subjects included working age group who were without hypertension. The instruments used in this research were 1) The program of protection motivation of hypertension and 2) The questionnaires of protection motivation of hypertension. The results of research were    1) Subjects in the experimental group had significant increased protection motivation of hypertension after intervention, and more than subjects in the control group. (p < .05)    2) Subjects in the experimental group had significant increased community participation in health activity more than subjects in the control group.
