The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships and the prediction health care behavior in pregnant adolescents. The sample of 100 pregnant adolescents were between 13-19 years old. They came to the antenatal clinics in Rajavithi Hospital and Somdejprapinklao Hospital. The research tool was a questionnaire including personal data, developmental assets, attitudes toward pregnancy, and the health care behavior in pregnant adolescents. The reliability of a questionnaire was .969. The data were analyzed for frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s correlation and stepwise multiple regression analysis. </p><p>                The results indicated that attitudes toward pregnancy and developmental assets were a statistically significant at the positive moderate  relationships with the health care behavior in pregnant adolescents <strong> </strong>at p<.01 (r = .473, and .703, respectively).
