The Context, Input, Process, and Product Evaluation (CIPP) Model was used as a framework for this study. The study sample was 190 nursing administrators who graduated from two inbound programs and four outbound programs. Data were collected by a questionnaire developed by the researchers. The reliability of the questionnaire was .98. Analysis of data was performed using descriptive statistics. Comparison analysis was done with t test statistics.</p> <p>          The study results showed that trained nurse administrators’ opinions related to context, input, process, and product of the training program were in high levels for all dimensions. The opinions of nurse administrators who were trained with inbound and outbound programs related to program input were statistically significant different.
