Data were collected by self-report questionnaires were 113 nurses. According to the knowledge questionnaire developed by the researcher and attitudes questionnaire back translation of the Physical Health Attitude Scale for mental health nurses. Quantitative Data uses descriptive statistics is percent and average. The result found that most of the sample size knowledge a high level ( 76.1%, =19 ), have a very good attitude (58.4%, = 104.72) and they practice found most level (57.5%, = 51.81, SD= 9.93). But found that we have low knowledge of psychiatric drugs risk to metabolic syndrome and assessing the differential disease was chronic obstructed pulmonary disease and, Tuberculosis.
