There were 6 studies that met the criteria. Matrix table was used for analysis data. The finding displayed that most nursing interventions in Thailand focused on increasing caregivers’ knowledge and skills of caring SCI person in hospital setting. Many international studies were emphasized on rehabilitation program for SCI person; building family’s ability of caring and coping skill for stress reduction, and emotional management. Most outcomes were evaluated psychosocial aspect, knowledge, skill, and quality of life. No study was conducted to provide health care for family as a total system.  Therefore, family nursing intervention for SCI person and family unit during critical period is needed to create for promoting effective personal and family adaptation further. </p>}, number={3}, journal={Journal of Nursing Science and Health}, author={ไชยเชษฐ์ ปิยรัตน์}, year={2019}, month={Oct.}, pages={41–52} }
