It affects not only postpartum mothers but also children and others. There are many techniques to relief fatigue especially non-pharmacological management. This study aims to summarize the knowledge about non-pharmacological interventions for the postpartum women with fatigue and to assess the effectiveness of such fatigue management during the 6 weeks postpartum . The relevant documents have been retrieved from electronic sources. The data collection consisted of a research screening form, the quality assessment form and the data extracted form. Descriptive statistic and narrative analysis was brought in to explain the data. The study found 5 methods that represent to non-pharma-cological interventions: pushing technique during the second stage of labor, exercise, aroma inhalation, massage and compression, and fatigue self management programs. The findings of this study show that there are several non-pharmacological intervention options for postpartum women with fatigue. However, no conclusion could be drawn regarding effectiveness.
