บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนาแบบวัด       คุณภาพชีวิตครอบครัวคนพิการไทย ใช้การศึกษาแบบผสานวิธี เริ่มด้วยการสนทนากลุ่ม 31 คน วิเคราะห์จัดกลุ่มเนื้อหาจัดทำร่างโครงสร้างแบบวัด ต่อมารวบรวมข้อคำถามด้วยเทคนิคเดลฟายโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 11 ท่าน ทดสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 10 ท่าน ทดสอบความตรงเชิงโครงสร้างด้วยการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจโดยสัมภาษณ์ 346 คนและทดสอบความเที่ยงเชิงสอดคล้องภายในด้วยสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แอลฟา

ผลการศึกษาพบว่า แบบวัดคุณภาพชีวิตครอบครัวคนพิการไทย มี 30 ข้อ 5 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ สัมพันธภาพในครอบครัว สุขภาพและสิ่งแวดล้อม การเลี้ยงดูบุตร ข่าวสารและสวัสดิการ และ การสนับสนุนทางสังคมและอารมณ์ ส่วนผลการทดสอบความตรงและความเที่ยงให้ผลเป็นที่น่าพอใจ ซึ่งควรศึกษาคุณสมบัติทางจิตวิทยาเพิ่มเติม เพื่อให้สามารถขยายผลใช้ในกลุ่มคนพิการที่กว้างขวางขึ้น

Abstract

The aim of this study was to describe the development of a tool to measure family quality of life of families who have persons with disabilities (FQOL-PD) in Thailand. Instrument development was conducted from mixed method design.

The initial development of the tool was based on focus group discussion with 31 family’s members who have person with developmental disabilities (DD) in Khon Kaen province then analyzed the content to formulate the offered tool variables. Next, generate the 45 items by Delphi approach with 11 scholars. Then, validated of the content with 10 experts by content validity index. Further, polishing the tool by factor analysis with 346 families. An exploratory factor analysis was used to explore the construct validity of the formulated tool. The scale’s internal consistency reliability was tested by using the Cronbach’s alpha coefficience method.

Results: The final version 30-items FQOL-PD was formed of the five factors including; family relations; family health and environment; child rearing; information and support system; and emotional and social support factors. The content and construct validity, and the reliability of the scale were found to be satisfactory.  However, future research is needed to refine and psychometric test in order to be broader measured of family quality of life for all families who have persons with disabilities.
