Those programs are Bachelor of Nursing Science from class 49</span><span style="font-size: xx-small;">th </span><span style="font-size: medium;">(a 4-year program), Diploma in Nursing Science from class 20</span><span style="font-size: xx-small;">th </span><span style="font-size: medium;">(a 2-years program), and Diploma in Nursing </span><span style="font-size: medium;">Science from class 2</span><span style="font-size: xx-small;">nd </span><span style="font-size: medium;">(a 3-years program). Participants were purposively recruited by selecting one supervisor </span><span style="font-size: medium;">and two colleagues for each graduate nurse. The total number of participants was 600. </span></span><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-size: medium;"><p>Data was collected by using a six-dimension Likert scale of working performance, which consists of 40 behaviors grouped into six performance subscales with five Likert scales for each item. Those subscales are ethics and moral, knowledge, cognitive skills, interpersonal skill and responsibility, numerical analysis, communication and information technology skill, and nursing professional skill. Developed by the research team, the scale is</p></span><span style="font-size: medium;">shown to be highly reliable (Cronbach’s alpha = 0.96). The collected data was analyzed using percentage, means, </span><span style="font-size: medium;">standard deviations, and t –test. </span></span><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-size: medium;"><p>The results of this study showed that; 1) The supervisors and colleagues were satisfied with the new graduate’s nursing performance who graduated in 2007 at a high level both in the combined six subscales and in each subscale. The ethics and moral subscale has the highest mean of satisfaction level. (</p></span><em><span style="font-family: Times New Roman,Times New Roman; font-size: small;"><em><span style="font-family: Times New Roman,Times New Roman; font-size: small;">x </span></em></span></em><span style="font-size: medium;">= 4.37, SD. = .50) 2) When compared levels of satisfaction from supervisors and colleagues, on a new graduate’s nursing performance, there was no statistical difference both in the combined six subscales and in each subscale (</span><em><span style="font-family: UPC-Eucrosia,UPC-Eucrosia; font-size: medium;"><em><span style="font-family: UPC-Eucrosia,UPC-Eucrosia; font-size: medium;">p </span></em></span></em><span style="font-size: medium;">= 0.5). </span></span> ER -
